Johnson, Fellows, Blake & Terry is a product of a merger of two well-known litigation firms, the Law Offices of Al W. Johnson and Fellows, Blake & Terry. Johnson's firm has concentrated in the area of commercial litigation, including Medicare fraud, Qui-Tam actions, defamation and other similar business torts as well as white collar criminal actions. Fellows, Blake & Terry has established a niche personal injury practice emphasizing nursing home abuse, medical malpractice and premises liability for violent crimes. The new firm will continue to concentrate in these areas of plaintiff's litigation with continuing emphasis on the representation of persons abused or injured by the negligent, fraudulent or criminal acts of others. Additionally, the firm will bring civil actions against nursing homes for abuse, negligence and Medicare fraud.
